Types and delivery time

The order consisting of the products related in the Shipping Confirmation will be delivered within the period indicated on the Website according to the selected shipping method within an estimated period of 2 to 3 working days. In any case, a maximum delivery time of 20 working days from the date of the Order Confirmation is estimated.

In the event of extraordinary or unforeseen circumstances, the maximum delivery period will be 45 days. The same term will be considered in those orders that require prior customization of the products.

If for any reason EJOVE is unable to attend with the delivery date, it will inform the Client of this circumstance, giving the option to continue with the purchase establishing a new delivery date or to cancel the order with the full refund of the price paid.

EJOVE makes deliveries in collaboration with third-party delivery companies.

For the purposes of calculating the above terms, they will be excluded on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

For the purposes of these Conditions, it will be understood that the «delivery» has taken place, or that the order has been «delivered», when the Client, or a third party indicated by him or present at the indicated delivery location, acquires possession material of the products, which will be accredited by signing the receipt of the order (hereinafter «delivery note») at the delivery address indicated.

Impossibility of delivery

 

If it is impossible to deliver the order, it will be redirected to the warehouse of the collaborating company with EJOVE in charge of materializing the delivery. If the order is not possible, it will return to the EJOVE warehouse. In any case, the Client will be informed by note about the address where the order is located, and how to proceed with its withdrawal or how to request a second shipment.

If, after 30 days from the order being available for delivery, it had not been delivered for a reason not attributable to EJOVE, the contract will be deemed to have been withdrawn, considering it resolved.

As a consequence of this special termination of the contract, the price paid will be returned, including ordinary delivery costs, but not those additional costs generated by the Customer’s choice of a different delivery modality than that foreseen as ordinary modality. Likewise, EJOVE may deduct from the price to return the additional costs of returning the order.

The refund of the price will be made within a maximum period of 14 days from the termination of the contract.

Track your order

Once the order has been made, we will send the confirmation of your order to your email address. If you have asked to pick it up at the pharmacy, you will receive an email when you have it available.
