Steps how to purchase

  • 1. From the initial page you can access the products in two ways: through our search engine, entering the name of the product, or navigating through the top menu
  • 2. Select the product that suits your needs and click «Add». If you want more information, you must click on «View product» to access the product sheet.
  • 3. Once you have selected the number of units you can continue browsing or confirm the order.
  • 4. When selecting «Finish order», you must fill in your details and select if you want us to send it to your address at your collection pharmacy. Payment will be on the web and will be made at the end of the order
  • 5. Shipping costs are free from € 20 purchase, for the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands. Shipments within the 7 Islands are Free.
  • 6. Confirm the order.
  • 7. You will receive an email with the confirmation.

Website prices include VAT / I.G.I.C.

The prices of the Website exclude shipping costs, which will be added to the total amount before the Customer places the order through the «Place order» option.

Ejove Laboratory reserves the right to modify prices freely, although this power will not affect orders for which Order Confirmation has already been generated.

 

How can you pay for your purchases in Ejove?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal cards are accepted as means of payment. To minimize the risk of unauthorized access, your credit card details will be encrypted. By clicking on «Authorize Payment» the Client is confirming that the credit card is his or that he is the legitimate holder of the gift card or credit card. Credit cards will be subject to checks and authorizations by the issuing entity. If said entity does not authorize payment, EJOVE is not responsible for delays or failures in the delivery of orders, not formalizing it.

Without prejudice to the previous section, payment by bank transfer is also accepted.

 

Security during the payment process

The data is transmitted in SSL encrypted form. For payment with Visa and MasterCard, only CES (Secure Electronic Commerce) transactions will be accepted. After verifying that the card is adhered to the CES system, the system will connect with the bank that has issued it so that the buyer authorizes the purchase. When the bank confirms the authentication, the card will be charged. Otherwise, the order will be canceled.

 

Purchase limit

For security reasons, purchases of more than 1,000 EUR or more than 20 items cannot be made.
